Terms of service

By commissioning me you agree to the following

I, as the Artist:

- Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. However, I will not post pieces if requested.


- Maintain the right to turn down any commission.


- Will update my clients on the status of the commission after the sketch, lineart, rough colors and base colors of the piece are completed, or when requested. Note that the piece during this process will be heavily watermarked.
- Will implement any BIG changes only once during the sketch/lineart phase. Otherwise minor changes can be implemented at any time before the rendering process.
- Will refund only in the case in which I haven't started the commission.

You, as the Client:

- May edit, crop and resize your commission. However, I require my watermark to be never removed


- May post the commission to your own website/social media page. You are still required to credit me if you do so.


- May ask for updates on the commission whenever you like and I will get back to you as soon as I can.


- May not sell the commission in any form, such as paywalling behind Patreon or selling physical stickers/prints, though you're more than welcome to hand them out for free!


- May not use your commissioned art for AI or turn it into NFT.

Consequences for Violating These Rules:

First violation (Warning):You will recieve a polite reminder of my TOS and a request to correct the issue. (Examples: Failure to provide credit / Improper use of commissioned art / Attempt to resell my art).I understand that mistakes happen, so this serves an opportunity to fix the issue without further consequences.


Second violation (Temporary Ban):
If you repeat a major violation, you will be temporary banned from commissioning me for 3 months.You will be notified of the reason for the ban, along with a reminder that furthermore violation will result in a permanent blacklist

Third violation (Permanent Ban):If you break teh rules again, you will be permanently banned from commissioning me and I will release a warning to other artists about your behaviour.

payment

!!!The payments will exclusively be carried on through PayPal or Ko-FI in EUR!!!
(The prices will also be displayed in USD for comparison)


Additionally for PayPal payment:for VTUBER
!!!The payment will happen in two instalments, 25% before I start the commission and 75% + eventual add-ons before I send the .pngRemix and .psd files!!!


for FULL ART/HALF BODY
!!!The payment will happen in two instalments, 50% before I start the commission and 50% before I send the final, less watermarked, version!!!


for SPECIAL
!!! The payment will happen in one or more instalments, if the commission takes less than 5 hours then the payment will be sent at the end before I send the non watermarked version. If it takes more than 5 hours every 5 hours spent I will get paid 50€ | 57 USD before I continue the commission !!!
